Step 1: Receive your package Your OMFY pillow arrives ready to use - no fluffing, no waiting for expansion like memory foam.
 

Step 2: Place on your bed Position the pillow where your regular pillow would go. The higher edge (10cm) should support your neck, with the lower edge (8cm) toward the foot of the bed.
 

Step 3: Adjust for your sleep position

• Side sleepers: Use the full height - your head should rest comfortably with your spine in a straight line from neck to tailbone
• Back sleepers: Center your head on the pillow, allowing the honeycomb structure to cradle your neck's natural curve
• Stomach sleepers: While we don't recommend stomach sleeping for spinal health, use the lower (8cm) edge if you must
